Job summary

Aux Talent is partnering with a well-established consumer technology company to find a Senior HR Coordinator based in San Francisco. You will work closely with the Head of HR and gain broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, including HR operations, recruiting, performance management, employee experience and culture.

This role offers ownership within a lean, collaborative team and a hybrid schedule with in-office days Tuesday and Thursday.

Aux Talent is partnering with a well-established consumer technology company to find a Senior HR Coordinator to join their growing People team. Based in San Francisco, this person will work closely with the Head of HR and have broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, including HR operations, recruiting, performance management, employee experience and culture. This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a strong HR foundation and is looking to take on more ownership within a lean, collaborative team.

Typical duties (but are not limited to):

HRIS management and data integrity, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and payroll support, performance review coordination, recruitment vetting and interview coordination, employee documentation and communications, HR reporting, company events and employee engagement, compliance support, and identifying opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and more efficient workflows.

Requirements:

3–5+ years of HR coordination, People Operations or HR Generalist experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, experience supporting HRIS and recruiting systems, exposure to benefits and payroll administration, ability to manage multiple priorities independently, and a personable, service-oriented approach. Experience with Rippling, Greenhouse and California employment practices is a plus.
