What are we looking for?

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic HR leader to join our People Success team. This role will focus on aligning global HR initiatives with the overall business strategy through business unit partnerships & strategies, leading performance management and employee engagement initiatives, supporting talent growth and retention, and implementing advanced HR Analytics and program implementations to achieve HR and business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be the trusted People advisor to the Business and provide HR guidance and thought leadership.
  2. Understand the overall pulse of the business through various people connects and proactively identify the focus areas and plan action for the same.
  3. Design and define a robust succession plan framework, ensuring minimum impact to business continuity on account of attrition or career movement of key resources.
  4. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the BU HR Leadership to design, develop and implement solutions, programs and policies.
  5. Define/redefine BU structures to keep them nimbler, agile & customer-centric.
  6. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
  8. Design and implement innovative performance management processes to nurture a performance-based culture.
  9. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Qualifications

We believe that formal education is just one aspect; however, for this role, an MBA in Human Resources is preferred, with:

  • 10-14 years of relevant experience.
  • Strategic collaboration skills to help the business be future-ready by focusing on the existing workforce and preparing them for future challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to suggest corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to understand the organization's hierarchy, job roles, qualifications, and compensation practices.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of geographical laws and regulations.
