We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in aligning business priorities. This role provides significant exposure to senior leadership, and you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and engage in multiple HR focal points, serving as the sole HR support in-country while working within a global framework. You’ll be instrumental in driving culture alignment, organizational design, change management, and talent strategy, with a strong focus on supporting business growth.
As a strategic partner, you’ll collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across the Americas, ensuring HR programs scale effectively and proactively addressing any challenges that may impact the business.
Location: Ideally Kansas City (Flexible for the right candidate)
