Job description

Position: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)

This in-office role based in Bethesda, Maryland, involves serving as a strategic and operational liaison between Admiral Security Services’ division offices and the corporate HR team. The Sr. HRBP will support the Executive Vice President in aligning HR initiatives, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, and driving efficient, compliant HR operations nationwide. Periodic travel to division offices across the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the Executive Vice President, providing insights on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  2. Coordinate HR functions between division offices and the corporate HR leadership.
  3. Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all divisions.
  4. Support employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and training initiatives in collaboration with division HR teams.
  5. Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for executive decision-making.
  6. Lead or support HR projects and organizational change initiatives as needed.
  7. Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with Admiral’s mission and values.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred.
  2. 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or multi-site coordination role.
  3. Experience managing a team of HR professionals.
  4. Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce; prior experience in security or contract services industry is a plus.
  5. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  7. Willingness and ability to travel domestically (~25%).

This full-time, in-office position is based at our headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, with travel to support division operations.
