Job Details

We're hiring a Senior Human Resources Manager to support multiple manufacturing locations. This is a remote position with occasional travel to our plants across the U.S.

In this role, you’ll work closely with company leadership and plant teams to support people operations, employee relations, and HR strategy. You’ll help lead efforts in hiring, training, performance management, and creating a strong, positive work culture.

What You’ll Do

Support multiple plant locations as their main HR contact.

Help recruit and retain great employees.

Coach managers on employee issues and team development.

Make sure company policies follow all legal rules and are applied fairly.

Support projects like improving training, tracking employee performance, or updating HR systems.

Monitor workforce metrics like turnover and attendance to help improve operations.

Travel as needed to support on-site HR needs (approx. 25–30%).

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Experience supporting multiple locations or working with unionized environments is a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working independently and managing projects.

Familiarity with HR systems like ADP is helpful.
