Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Human Performance Advisor to support the POTFF program. You will provide strategic guidance, program oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and their families.

The role requires a relevant degree and extensive HP experience; US citizenship and security clearance are required, with potential support at select Florida and North Carolina locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of related consulting experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops advanced concepts, techniques and standards.
• Expert in human performance concepts within USSOCOM POTFF.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF at HQ USSOCOM.
• Assist supervisory domain lead with program oversight for Components, HQ, and TSOCs.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain licensure if required.
• Develop oversight docs for site-assist visits and inspections.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration for readiness.
• Mentor embedded operational health/performance professionals.
• Disseminate advanced training and research on HP initiatives.
• Provide consultation to senior leaders on HP strategies.
