Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Human Performance Advisor to lead strategic HP guidance for the POTFF program supporting SOF personnel and their families. You will coordinate readiness, training, policy recommendations, and evidence-based program support at the enterprise level.

U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required. The role emphasizes collaboration with USSOCOM components and theaters to advance human performance across global SOF units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience consulting within designated function.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Active state licensure required if practicing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review cases and certify or non-certify requested treatments, with written rationales.
• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF at HQ USSOCOM.
• Lead planning and data integration to advance technical readiness for global SOF units.
• Mentor a network of embedded health/performance professionals.
• Develop and disseminate training, research, and communications for HP initiatives.
