Job summary

Maximus Federal seeks a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting POTFF. The role provides strategic guidance, program oversight, and evidence-based HP services to optimize SOF performance and well-being, with readiness, training, policy recommendations, and enterprise health record documentation. U.S.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. citizenship is required.
• U.S. Government security clearance or eligibility is required for contract performance.
• Minimum ten years of demonstrable experience in the field, including at least five years with USSOCOM POTFF.
• Current certifications/licensure: CSCS, SCCC, PT, CC-AASP, RD, or RDN; state licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review cases and summarize facts to certify or non-certify requested treatments.
• Provide written clinical rationales for workers' compensation cases.
• Review and organize medical records for workers' comp.
• Monitor timeliness to meet applicable standards.
• Meet production and quality standards.
• Conduct special projects like legal/medical research.
• Develop SME knowledge using job aides and learning tools.
