Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Human Performance Advisor to coordinate POTFF human performance services across domains for SOF personnel and families. The role requires collaboration with government representatives to support evidence-based decisions and program effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have a master’s degree, licensure, and substantial experience in performance programming, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive improvements within a government contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Current licensed therapist valid in the state of practice.
• Specialized experience in the same or similar work.
• Experience planning and coordinating performance programs in sports or SOF context.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with day-to-day core functional areas to ensure contract compliance.
• Analyze reports for performance measurement and efficiency.
• Lead strategic plans and objectives with project management.
• Supervise project staff and guide teams.
• Develop training and policy recommendations for POTFF.
