Maximus is hiring a Human Performance Advisor (HPA) to coordinate POTFF Human Performance across SOF units and commands. The role supports readiness, performance, and well-being of SOF personnel and families, with strict citizenship and security clearance requirements.

The HPA provides decision-support to government representatives, ensures program effectiveness, and helps manage expenditures. This is a full-time position pending contract award, with comprehensive benefits and professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience or equivalent.
• Current licensed therapist valid in the state of practice is required.
• Experience developing and coordinating performance programs for SOF or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee human performance services across POTFF domains.
• Advise leadership and support evidence-based decision making and program evaluation.
• Plan and synchronize technical training, guidance, and policy recommendations.
• Develop, monitor, and revise performance goals for project teams and staff.
• Provide direct daily oversight of human performance activities and ensure quality.
• Assist in the leadership of multiple domains under POTFF when needed.
• Plan, develop, and implement innovative methodologies to improve operations.
