Zusammenfassung

Maximus seeks a Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist to lead the POTFF program, designing evidence-based training for SOF personnel and using analytics to measure effectiveness. The role requires active security clearance and willingness to support multiple locations.

You will supervise program staff, collaborate with leadership on strategic plans, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while promoting safety and mission readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree and 7+ years of related experience.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance or eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 7+ years as a Strength & Conditioning Coach with high-performance athletes.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCA certification.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Willingness to support multiple locations.
• Physically capable of SOF training environments.

Aufgaben

• Assist leadership with day-to-day running of core functional areas to ensure contract compliance.
• Analyze daily, weekly, monthly reports for performance and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with project and exec management to set strategic plans and objectives.
• Help develop a cohesive, motivated project team and supervise staff.
• Provide direction to team members and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement innovative methodologies and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to project policies and performance criteria.
