Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an HCM Consultant to support federal agencies by improving HR operations, modernizing HR processes, and driving Human Capital Management transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a US citizen eligible for a public trust, with 3–10 years in HR or policy work and experience in enterprise HCM systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and residence within the United States.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST.
• Three to ten years experience in HR, policy analysis, or related field with HR policy interpretation.
• Experience supporting Federal HR or Human Capital programs.
• Knowledge of Federal HR policy and operations.

Federal Human Capital Consultants to support federal agencies in improving human resources operations, modernizing HR processes, and advancing Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation initiatives. This role combines federal HR subject matter expertise, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and HR systems exposure to help clients optimize workforce management and achieve mission outcomes.

The ideal candidate understands Federal HR policy and operations, has experience supporting enterprise HCM environments such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD, and can work collaboratively with clients to design and implement future-state HR processes.

What You Will Need

• U.S. Citizenship and current residence within the United States.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST".
• Three (3) to Ten(10) years experience working in human resources, policy analysis, or a related field with responsibility for interpreting and applying HR policies, regulations, or procedures.
• Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or Human Capital programs.
• Knowledge of:
