State of Ohio, ODNR in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Human Capital Management Sr. Analyst to handle payroll, benefits and HR processes using OAKS, OnBase and UKG Pro Kronos. You’ll support absence management, employee benefits enrollment, and liaison with third-party administrators.

The role emphasizes payroll accuracy, benefit administration and wellness program participation, with a pathway for growth within ODNR’s HR function.

Competenze

• 3 yrs. exp in human resources.
• Undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration.
• 1 yr. exp as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612.
• Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Mansioni

• Performs human resources duties using OAKS, OnBase & UKG Pro Kronos (bi-weekly payroll processing, leave requests, approvals).
• Assists in processing absence management issues (disability, FMLA, Worker's Compensation).
• Participates in state wellness program (Take Charge / Live Well).
• Liaises with Sedgwick TPA & Sedgwick MCO on BWC injury claims.
• Assists in finalizing & verifying benefit events after employee enrollment; assists employees in applying for benefits.
