Job summary

Empty Cup Digital seeks a Senior HubSpot Solutions Architect to lead client relationships and design HubSpot architectures for mid-market and enterprise accounts. You’ll steer discovery, strategy, and implementation while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate delivery.

This role demands deep HubSpot expertise and proven agency experience. Remote within the United States, you will own CRM design, data pipelines, integrations, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver scalable, maintainable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including complex CRM implementations, migrations and multi-hub architecture.
• 2+ years of agency experience – managed high-stake client relationships and worked with C-Suite.
• Proven experience building scalable architecture across the funnel (marketing, sales, service, retention, expansion).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary lead and relationship owner for mid-market clients.
• Lead discovery, gather requirements, scope work, translate objectives into technical solutions.
• Communicate proactively with clients, set expectations and deliver results.
• Balance multiple accounts with clear prioritization.
• Design scalable CRM architecture across marketing, sales, service, and retention.
• Architect solutions that are clean, maintainable, and scalable.
• Evaluate native HubSpot vs custom builds (CCAs, UI Extensions, or fully custom).
