Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with coherency protocols and system-level coherency architectures.
• Deep expertise in PCIe, CXL, and UA Link protocols and related subsystems.
• Proven collaboration with performance, power and physical design teams.
• Strong communication and leadership for executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Architect high-speed interconnect subsystems including PCIe, CXL, and UA Link.
• Define IP and subsystem roadmaps in coordination with SoC teams.
• Lead early architecture engagements with customers and define specs.
• Collaborate to optimize subsystem behavior, bandwidth, and latency.
• Develop SoC architecture integrating Arm IP with high-speed I/O subsystems.
• Partner with software/firmware teams to optimize end-to-end solutions.
• Support workload analysis and performance modeling for decisions.
