Qualifikationen

• Proven HSE experience in heavy fabrication/industrial manufacturing is essential.
• At least 3 years in health and safety, including 2 years in supervision or management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and workplace safety systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage and continuously improve site-wide health, safety and environmental initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and applicable environmental legislation.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, workplace assessments and audits.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and deliver employee safety training and onboarding programmes.
• Maintain safe systems of work for high-risk activities (e.g., confined spaces, welding, respiratory protection).
• Track HSE performance and report updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to promote safe working practices.
