Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior HSE Manager to lead multiple safety programs and teams across Texas projects, with emphasis on leadership development and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor safety professionals, drive incident investigations, and align corporate safety strategy with field execution on data center sites while partnering with subcontractors and customers. A 4-year degree and extensive HSE experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive HSE leadership experience.
• Experience coaching leaders, building talent pipelines, and driving safety programs.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement site safety plans, training, and incident investigations.
