Lilly is designing a Next-Generation Parenteral and Device Assembly/Packaging Facility in Lehigh Valley. The Senior Director-HSE will lead the Health, Safety and Environmental function during construction, startup and operations, shaping strategy, programs, and governance across the site.

As a member of the Site Lead Team, you will build a high-performing HSE organization, ensure an injury-free workplace, and partner with Corporate HSE to share best practices while managing regulatory

Qualifications

• Significant HSE experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with CAPA systems for HSE changes and corrective actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; on-site presence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and administrative leadership for Health, Safety and Environmental functions at the Lehigh Valley site.
• Establish and sustain the site HSE strategy, management systems, and capability for construction, start-up, and operations.
• Lead regulatory compliance, HSE programs, and risk reduction to achieve an injury-free workplace.
• Contribute to site strategy and performance across safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement the site HSE management system and drive continuous improvement.
