Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction/capital projects.
- Experience supporting contractor safety programs and permit-to-work systems.
- Experience with OSHA regulations and risk management practices.
- Ability to translate regulations into field procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of GFD’s Contractor Safety Management Program (CSMP).
- Coach project teams on CSMP compliance and safety standards.
- Lead safety inductions and field inspections across projects.
- Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with HSE SMEs to align with corporate standards.
