Job summary

Exo Group, LLC. is seeking an experienced HSE Director to lead regional safety strategy across field operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies while driving continuous improvement.

Reporting to the VP of HSE and Risk Management, this role leads Regional HSE Managers and a coordinator, accountable for execution, risk identification, and performance development. Responsibilities include field safety leadership, audits, corrective-action tracking, incident investigations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of HSE experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations and safety programs.
• Experience leading regional HSE teams and audits across multiple states.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and drive safety improvements.
• Ability to travel 20–25% to field sites and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Regional HSE organization.
• Lead field safety execution and ensure consistent safety performance.
• Establish audit standards and verify corrective actions through closure.
• Develop safety culture, coach leaders, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee incident investigations, SIF prevention, and risk controls.
• Coordinate with Operations to integrate safety into planning and work.
