Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC seeks a senior Assistant General Counsel – HSE to shape legal strategy on environmental remediation and HSE litigation. You will oversee regulatory enforcement matters, coordinate with remediation and redevelopment groups, and counsel on complex multi-site liabilities across manufacturing and operations.

The role requires a J.D., active bar admission, and 8+ years of environmental and OSHA-focused practice, with in-house experience preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. required with active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 8 years in environmental and occupational safety law.
• Experience advising on remediation, contaminated site cleanup, and OSHA matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal strategy for environmental remediation and legacy liabilities.
• Oversee environmental litigation and manage outside counsel.
• Coordinate with Real Estate on environmental aspects of property transactions.
• Advise on OSHA compliance, inspections, and enforcement matters.
