Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Attorney II - HSE to manage environmental remediation portfolio, HSE litigation docket, and public company disclosures related to environmental and safety liabilities. The role supports regulatory, financial, and investor communications, collaborates with outside counsel, consultants, and internal teams to advance remediation programs and defend claims.

Qualified candidates hold a J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of substantive environmental law practice, with remediation or legacy liability focus.
• Working knowledge of CERCLA/Superfund, RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, TSCA, and related statutes.
• Experience advising on environmental litigation and cost-recovery matters.

Responsabilités

• Support environmental remediation portfolio management and legacy liabilities.
• Lead litigation management for CERCLA contributions and related disputes.
• Perform environmental due diligence for M&A, and draft environmental representations and indemnities.
• Assist with SEC/8-K disclosures and disclosures of environmental liabilities for public filings.
