Job summary

Brown University is seeking a Senior HRPP Administrator to manage the Human Research Protection Program and IRB activities across Brown University, Lifespan, and Care New England. You will ensure compliance with federal regulations, state laws, and AAHRPP standards, while supporting IRB meetings, agendas, and minutes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, CIP certification preferred, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of FDA regulations and policies governing human subjects research.
• Experience in an academic or clinical research setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer HRPP/IRB policies and procedures across Brown University, Lifespan, and Care New England.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and advise IRB members on regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of current federal/state regulations and institutional policies.
