You will leverage 5+ years of HRMS/Payroll sales success to present HCM solutions to final decision makers, maintaining a hunter mentality to consistently exceed quotas.

Ideal candidates will be domiciled near the territory and understand local business dynamics, with access to a robust support team and a scalable SaaS platform.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Experience as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) with quota attainment.
• Present HCM products to final decision makers in territory.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry and competitors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
