UKG is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales across mid-market and enterprise spaces. You will engage senior decision-makers, lead strategic and complex sales cycles, and align customer priorities with UKG’s HCM, Payroll, and workforce solutions.

This is an opportunity for an experienced hunter to build a meaningful territory, influence executive outcomes, and be rewarded for strong performance, with a 30–40% travel requirement and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions to complex organizations.
• Experience working primarily as a new‑logo representative (hunter) and consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline and consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Prospect into complex organizations and engage final decision‑makers and end users.
• Present HCM products and services within an assigned territory and identify opportunities.
