Job summary

Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a Senior HRMS Administrator to join our Human Resources team in Washington, D.C. This full-time role operates on a hybrid schedule and reports to the HRMS Manager.

You will serve as the technical lead for UKG Pro, manage HR systems integrations with external vendors, support benefits administration configurations, and drive automation and data integrity across MAPMG's HR technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HR systems administration, systems configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration with UKG Pro and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Experience supporting benefits administration systems, including open enrollment and life events.
• Demonstrated experience managing HR systems integrations, including interfaces with external vendors, and strong understanding of APIs and SFTPs.
• Experience coordinating and supporting HRMS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.
• Must be able to commute to Washington D.C., on an as-needed basis; willingness to relocate to the Washington DC metropolitan area.
• Must provide documentation of Covid vaccine and influenza vaccine as conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for UKG Pro, including overseeing configuration, security, and system performance.
• Lead HRMS projects, including planning, testing, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Lead UAT activities before and after implementation to validate functionality and data integrity.
• Oversee HR systems integrations with external vendors, including design, data mapping, testing, and maintenance.
• Support advanced HRMS configuration including organizational structures, business rules, and security administration.
