Job summary

B&A is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale, enterprise Human Capital Management support program for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). You will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and contract management across NGA locations, ensuring high-quality HR services and compliance with contractual requirements.

The role interfaces with NGA leadership, manages cross-location teams, and travels for on-site coordination in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Program Manager on large, complex programs.
• Minimum 3 years managing geographically dispersed HR operations.
• Minimum 2 years leading federal contract transition efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale, enterprise HRM support program for NGA.
• Interface with NGA stakeholders including CO, COR, and HD leadership.
• Oversee staffing, financials, and contract performance across NGA locations.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and QA/QASP.
• Coordinate AI tool usage to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Be onsite at NGA Washington daily for coordination.
