Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. in Washington, D.C. seeks a Top-Secret Deputy Project Manager to lead daily operations for the HRM II program under government oversight. You will coordinate with COR, NGA Washington, and HD leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery and contract performance.

The role requires ten years of HR experience, program management on large Federal contracts, and experience with geographically dispersed teams. On-site work at NGA Washington is expected daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of human resources experience.
• Five (5) years as a Program Manager on a program of similar scope and size to HRM II.
• Three (3) years managing geographically dispersed human resources operations.
• Two (2) years leading complex federal contract transitions.

Responsibilities

• Act as alternate primary point of contact to Government leadership and assume Program Manager authority when needed.
• Oversee technical, financial, and contractual performance including staffing and task responses.
• Maintain day-to-day operations and ensure quality per the contract and QASP.
• Coordinate across five HD offices and support staffing targets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and clearance processing for staff.
• Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports and brief executives.
