B&A in Washington, DC seeks a Deputy Project Manager to oversee government HR operations, ensure quality service delivery, and drive process improvements across five HD offices, including staffing, onboarding, and supervision of contract performance.

This role requires TS/SCI-level clearance, ten years HR experience, PM leadership on large federal programs, and proven ability to coordinate across multiple locations, with on-site presence at NGA Washington daily.

Qualifications

• Ten years of human resources experience.
• Five years as a Program Manager on a comparable scale.
• Three years managing geographically dispersed HR operations.
• Two years leading federal contract transitions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and quality control across HD offices.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and clearance processing for staff.
• Consolidate weekly/monthly reports and support reviews.
• Lead SOP and process map updates and drive improvements.
• Coordinate AI tool usage to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Maintain Quality Control Plan and respond to contractor discrepancies.
• Be on-site at NGA Washington each business day.
