Job summary

TruStage is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to manage and optimize our cloud-based HRIS. You will work across the enterprise with SMEs and HR teams to ensure HRIS supports business needs efficiently, balancing operations with strategic direction.

You will lead configuration efforts, test updates, and provide guidance on features resulting from vendor changes, while partnering with IT and HR stakeholders to maintain data security and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as HRIS consultant required.
• Experience with cloud-based HRIS concepts and business process modeling.
• Strong consulting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for HRIS issues.
• Gather requirements, configure, test, and migrate HRIS changes.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to optimize HRIS processes.
• Test vendor updates and align features with corporate strategy.
• Serve as HRIS SME on cross-functional projects.
