Job summary

Prada Group is seeking an HRIS & Payroll Manager to lead all US and Canada HRIS and payroll operations. You will manage bi-weekly payroll, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with ADP teams to deliver accurate compensation data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years related experience, 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with ADP required; SAP or SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and data integrity skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Certified payroll professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for US and Canada employees across multiple states.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and support audits.
• Prepare posting files and support accounting close.
• Collaborate with benefits, HRBPs, and finance.
• Maintain accuracy of W-2s and T4s; ensure compliance.
• Conduct audits of HRIS and implement improvements.
• Calculate commissions and bonuses monthly/quarterly/annually.
