Job summary

Sisley Paris, a luxury cosmetics brand, seeks a Payroll Analyst to oversee end-to-end payroll and benefits for 700+ employees across North America. You will streamline processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR and vendors to deliver accurate compensation and benefits services.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll/HR, strong ADP and Excel expertise, and a detailed, data-driven mindset to improve workflows and reporting across US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a strong payroll/benefits focus.
• Hands-on experience with ADP and key benefits/TPA systems (Guardian, Principal, Gente/FSA, Seneca/TPA).
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong understanding of multi-state/federal payroll regulations and benefits reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll lifecycle for US and Canadian entities.
• Review timecards and collaborate with regional managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Process pay rate changes, bonuses, and transfers with precision.
• Support employees and managers on payroll inquiries via phone and email.
• Monitor PTO accruals and benefits, including leaves of absence.
• Handle onboarding and separations across systems and providers (ADP, Guardian, Principal, Gente/FSA, Seneca/TPA).
• Coordinate vendor/system interfaces between payroll, HRIS, insurance and 401(k).
• Maintain internal controls, calendars, and documentation for audits.
