Job summary

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP seeks an HRIS Operations Administrator to lead daily HRIS workflows, manage employee lifecycle transactions, and support firmwide HR programs. You will coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Technology, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate, secure HR system operations.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work, guiding the HR Systems team, monitoring deliverables, and coordinating Workday releases, reporting, and data requests.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HRIS, HR tech, or related field with Workday experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IS, Business Admin, CS, or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating complex operational workflows and multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to provide functional direction without formal supervisory authority.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related releases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HRIS workflow and lifecycle transactions such as hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Prioritize, assign, and track operational requests while balancing daily operations with projects.
• Coordinate work assignments, timelines, and deliverables for HR Systems team; escalate issues as needed.
• Serve as central point of coordination; ensure priorities and communications are clear.
• Review accuracy and timeliness of team deliverables; ensure compliance with policies and data standards.
• Coordinate firmwide HR initiatives, reports, dashboards, audits, and data requests.
• Support Workday platform operations, releases, integrations, testing, and deployments.
• Prepare and deliver HR reports and data requests; maintain dashboards and provide updates.
