Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/HR or related discipline
• 8+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience
• 5+ years of advanced Workday configuration experience
• Strong expertise in: Reporting, Security, Payroll configuration, Integrations and Architecture
• Advanced experience with calculated fields, composite reporting, and dashboards
• Experience supporting global HR systems and HR technology projects
• Experience mentoring team members, leading projects, or driving process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Workday Functional Ownership: primary SME for Workday Reporting, Security, Payroll configuration, Integrations, and architecture.
• Design, configure, and support scalable Workday solutions meeting global business requirements.
• Evaluate technical impacts of changes across systems, integrations, reporting, and downstream processes.
• Recommend best practices to improve system performance, governance, and maintainability.
