Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Manager, HRIS (Talent & Core HCM) to serve as a hands-on Workday functional expert responsible for Core HCM and Talent solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HRBPs, IT, and business leaders to translate complex needs into scalable HR technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of HRIS or HR Technology experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Strong expertise in: Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, Business Processes
• Experience developing advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience supporting global HR organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on Workday functional expert for Core HCM and Talent solutions across HR processes.
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for user experience, process simplification, and scalability.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal Workday solutions and best practices.
• Assess downstream impacts across business processes, integrations and reporting.
• Perform hands-on configuration of Workday processes, fields, rules, and security.
• Support Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and testing artifacts.
• Ensure solutions are sustainable, scalable, and governance-aligned.
• Partner with HR leadership and IT globally to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Lead functional workstreams for large HR technology projects and maintain quality.
