Victaulic is seeking a Manager, HRIS responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic roadmap execution of HR technology platforms. This leader will support approximately 6,000 employees across various regions.

In this role, the Manager will oversee Workday HCM functionalities, manage a team of HRIS professionals, and ensure compliance and data integrity across all systems. Proven expertise in HRIS management and Strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or people management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday HCM, including hands-on configuration experience across multiple modules.
• Strong working knowledge of HR data governance, data privacy, and employment-related compliance requirements.
