Job summary

Via Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Platform Architect to scale our Workday ecosystem for a global workforce.

You will own configuration, security, and integrations, partner with People, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams, and drive governance and scalable solutions across modules. This role requires 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience in complex organizations, deep Core HCM knowledge, and the ability to translate technical topics for executives while maintaining data integrity

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience in a large, complex, or global organization.
• Deep experience with Core HCM and exposure to multiple Workday modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll.
• Experience improving governance, architecture, processes, or configurations you led.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security, business-process configuration, reporting, data management, and integrations.
• You can translate complex topics for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Via’s senior Workday platform expert across configuration, security, and integrations.
• Define and implement scalable Workday architecture and operating model with governance and release processes.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment across multiple Workday modules.
• Oversee Workday integrations with payroll, identity management, finance, and recruiting.
• Maintain data integrity and provide hands-on support to People and business teams.
