Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to support and optimize HR systems across North America, focusing on Workday and Dayforce environments. The role demands collaboration with HR, IT, and privacy teams to design efficient workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.

The candidate will oversee maintenance, upgrades, and integrations while supporting project teams on compensation, absence, payroll, and time management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Human Resources Management or equivalent required.
• 5+ years experience supporting HRIS & implementations in HCM and Payroll systems such as Workday and/or Dayforce.
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite and/or Dayforce is a highly preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service, administrative, or human resources support role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve HRIS/HRMS systems, including installation, administration, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Partner with HR, IT and Data Privacy to develop workflows and automation addressing company needs.
• Ensure HRIS system compliance with federal and state regulations and data security requirements.
• Support HRIS implementations, including security administration and post go-live optimization.
• Create HR documentation for reporting and other HR processes.
