Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of HR Information Systems to lead HR technology priorities, drive Workday and related systems enhancements, and partner with IT and HR leaders to optimize the employee experience. You will oversee data accuracy, reporting, and automation initiatives across HR operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and champion change management, training readiness, and user adoption while ensuring governance and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR operations, HRIS, HR technology, or related functions.
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems from an HR functional, project, process, or business-owner perspective.
• Proven ability to coordinate HR technology projects, manage timelines, organize stakeholders, track issues, and drive work to completion.
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting change management, training readiness, communication plans, and user adoption for HR process or system changes.
• Ability to partner effectively with IT, Payroll, Finance, vendors, HR leaders, managers, and employees.
• Desired Experience supporting Workday projects, HR transformation initiatives, shared services, or global HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy and partner with HR and IT to align system initiatives with HR strategy and employee experience.
• Coordinate HR technology projects from planning through launch, documenting needs and managing risks.
• Provide HR functional leadership for Workday and related systems, including reporting and security considerations.
• Develop change management and adoption plans, training materials, and readiness activities.
• Promote data quality, privacy, policy compliance, and audit readiness across HR systems.
