Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or four additional years of related experience.
  • Ten (10) years of HRIS experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Workday experience preferred; HRIS systems expertise required.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
  • Manages testing, implementation and maintenance of HRIS applications.
  • Identifies and implements changes to improve HR operations.
  • Collaborates with IS to develop and support HRIS applications.
  • Documents and leads HR-related system projects.
  • Oversees data files and feeds with vendors and internal teams.
  • Performs audits and ensures data integrity in HRIS.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves application issues.
  • Designs and builds HR reports.
  • Provides training on systems for internal HR staff.
  • Hi res and evaluates HRIS staff performance.
  • Leads system projects; ACA reporting with Equifax.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
