Job summary

DSJ Global seeks a Senior HR Operations Manager in Las Vegas to lead the strategic and operational HR backbone, owning the systems, data, and processes that enable scalable people operations and exceptional employee experiences.

You will drive HR technology initiatives, governance, dashboards, and cross‑functional programs, partnering with IT, Finance, and Legal to maintain compliance while accelerating organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading HR Operations, People Operations, or HR analytics.
• Experience developing, implementing, and scaling HR technology platforms.
• Strong compensation analysis, workforce planning, and analytics background.
• Proven success delivering complex HR system projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR tech ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, performance, engagement, and analytics.
• Lead system implementations, migrations, integrations, and vendor management.
• Drive automation and process improvements to scale operations.
• Develop real-time HR dashboards and actionable workforce insights.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and Payroll on data governance and compliance.
