• Strong experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR functions.
• Deep understanding of salary bench marking, market analysis, and compensation program design.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders using data and business insights.
• Experience managing compensation processes for diverse employee populations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with compensation technology platforms and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and leadership teams on compensation strategy and pay decisions.
• Lead compensation planning processes including salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive structures.
• Conduct market pricing, bench marking, and salary analysis to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders on workforce planning initiatives.
• Support compensation-related initiatives tied to organizational change and workforce growth.
• Manage relationships with compensation survey providers, consultants, and technology vendors.
• Use compensation and HR technology platforms to improve reporting, scalability, and process efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline compensation operations through automation and process improvements.
• Provide guidance on complex compensation scenarios across multiple business functions.
