The role requires 8+ years of HRIS experience (or 6 years with a Master’s) and Workday expertise; you will mentor analysts and align stakeholders on system investments while driving enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of related HRIS experience (or 6 years with a Master’s degree; with demonstrated lead-level architecture experience; or equivalent work experience).
• Workday Pro or HRIP Certification preferred; leads enterprise HR transformations and global Workday deployments.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-wide HR technology frameworks and data flow across systems.
• Governance, security architecture, and compliance across HR platforms with risk mitigation.
• Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives; mentor junior and senior HRIS analysts; align with executives on investments.
