Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Workday architecture and implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise across Core HCM, Absence & Time Tracking, and Payroll.
• Experience with Workday security framework and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Configurations: Configure Workday modules to align with client workflows.
• Data management: Assist with data migration and ensure data accuracy.
• Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to business processes using the Workday platform.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Drive, Docs, letter templates, questionnaires, surveys, reference letters.
• Advanced hands-on processes: Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination; include notifications and alerts.
