Hyundai AutoEver America, West Point, GA, seeks a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to lead SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors initiatives across global HR processes. You’ll partner with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and Korea HQ to design, implement, and optimize HR systems that scale globally.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in HRIS or IT application environments.
Ability to clearly communicate and champion complex technical concepts to business partners and leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating requirements into actionable solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse global stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a matrixed, global organization.
Customer service mindset with stakeholder management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions aligned with HR processes.
Serve as SME on SAP HCM modules and cloud solutions, advising on best practices and optimization.
Deliver advanced application support and continuous improvements for SAP ECC HCM and SaaS platforms like SuccessFactors.
Translate HR needs into system requirements and configure SAP systems for scalable processes.
Collaborate with Korea HQ, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align with global HR technology strategy.
