Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a reporting-focused specialist to support Dayforce implementations, translate HR and payroll data into actionable insights, and build dependable workforce solutions.

You will design and deliver custom Dayforce reports and dashboards, collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, and assist with testing, go-live activities, and stabilization post-implementation. This role offers a fully remote model with occasional trips to the office across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Advanced Dayforce reporting experience and SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience with HR, payroll, or HCM data; Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
