Job summary

Judi Health in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own the administration, configuration, optimization, and support of the HR technology ecosystem. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and establish governance, documentation, and operating practices across HR systems.

You will lead testing, releases, integrations, and data-quality initiatives while partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience with hands-on configuration and production support.
• Led complex system enhancements, testing, reporting, integrations, security, and data-management activities.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data across core HR, payroll, benefits, talent, recruiting, performance, and compensation.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose complex system/data issues and propose sustainable solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences and translate needs for technical partners.
• Experience with UKG and Greenhouse or comparable enterprise HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own advanced configuration, maintenance, and production support across HR tech platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance, compensation).
• Lead testing and implementation activities for system releases, enhancements, integrations, and process changes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, data feeds, interfaces; coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Drive data integrity through audits, reconciliations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive controls.
• Administer system security, RBAC, and access reviews per policy.
• Serve as escalation point for complex system issues; guide others in troubleshooting and design.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase automation.
• Create and maintain system docs, SOPs, testing standards, and knowledge resources.
• Build partnerships with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors for reliable service delivery.
• Stay current on HR tech capabilities and recommend practical improvements.
