Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own the administration, configuration, optimization, and support of our HR technology ecosystem. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and vendors.

This hybrid role requires hands-on experience with enterprise HR platforms (UKG and Greenhouse or equivalent), data integrity, reporting, security, and governance, and you will lead system enhancements and testing across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands-on configuration.
• Experience leading complex system enhancements, testing, reporting, integrations, security, and data-management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across core HR, payroll, benefits, talent, recruiting, performance, and compensation.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with UKG and Greenhouse or comparable enterprise HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own advanced configuration, maintenance, and production support across HR technology platforms.
• Lead testing and implementation activities for system releases and integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data feeds; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Drive data integrity with audits, reconciliations, and preventive controls.
• Administer system security, roles, and access reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for complex system, reporting, and data issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase automation.
• Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
• Build partnerships with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable service.
• Stay current on HR tech capabilities and recommend improvements.
