Job summary

Judi Health, a health technology leader in unified claims processing, seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and optimize its HR technology ecosystem. You will drive complex configuration, testing, data governance, and security improvements while partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

You will translate business needs into actionable system changes, create governance documentation, and mentor others in troubleshooting and design.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of progressive HRIS/HR technology experience with hands-on configuration.
Experience leading complex system enhancements, testing, reporting, integrations, security, and data-management activities.

Responsibilities

Own advanced configuration, maintenance, and production support across HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management, compensation).
Lead testing and implementation activities for system releases, enhancements, integrations, and process changes.
Monitor integrations, data feeds, and interfaces; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Drive data integrity with audits, reconciliations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive controls.
Administer system security and access reviews per policies.
Escalate complex issues and guide other analysts on troubleshooting and design.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase automation.
Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
Build partnerships with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and vendors for reliable service.
Stay current on HR technology and recommend improvements.
