Job summary

NICO National Indemnity Company, part of the Berkshire Hathaway group, seeks an Senior HRIS Analyst to own and optimize HRIS operations. You will manage Recruiting, VNDLY and Talent modules in Workday, assist with testing, security, and reporting, and guide stakeholders with technical solutions.

You'll work closely with HR teams to ensure data integrity, support system enhancements, and deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Recruiting, VNDLY, Talent and core HR operations and system configuration within Workday.
• Workday Certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations governing US HR.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, tests, maintains and enhances business processes within HRIS according to company policy.
• Participates in bi-annual Workday releases to identify opportunities to enhance our environment.
• Serves as the HRIS subject matter expert for Recruiting, VNDLY and Talent.
• Coordinates or supports needs of other teams within and outside HR that impact HR systems.
• Performs special projects or related duties as assigned.
• Take ownership of configuring and maintaining Recruiting, Talent and VNDLY modules.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Create documentation of processes, configurations and issue resolutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions.
• Complete unit testing and documentation for all business processes before implementation.
